lock wiring your fluids is easy, taking your mirrors off is easy, they'll let you tape your headlights and signals so plastic won't litter track. if you still want to ride it on the road, that is. i've seen some non racing types of bikes racing (250 virago comes to mind). trust me your bike would be fine. you don't need a 1100cc superbike to race. idling around town just seems like a waste. as i said, a scooter would be better suited for your needs. they make 650 ones that would impress any girl.
